Global All-Tech Agency (GATA) is a forward-thinking tech talent agency based in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. With many years of practical and technical experiences, some of our top technicians have been doing IT for the last 5-30 years of experiences. All of our staff members are wide open and ready to learn any necessary new programming languages or computer skills as needed. Some of our staff members are professors at the best IT schools in Haiti for many years now.

Qualification and Skills
When necessary, we provide practical internships for potential candidates. As an employment agency, we identify the skills available on the labor market, contact the candidates, interview them and prepare them, in order to offer them to the various client companies offering temporary, permanent or full-time employment contracts, particularly in Haiti, in the United States, in China, in Canada, in Europe, in the Antilles, and in friendly countries of the Republic of Haiti.
Matching services between employers and employees
GATA conducts inventories of skills, professional experience, certificates, diplomas, technicians, employees, specialized workers, unskilled workers, training or titles they have. Our goal is to meet the hiring needs of these clients by offering matching services between job supply and demand. The candidates, in turn, benefit from our employment agency, contracts that can be full-time, permanent, or temporary positions for them.
HOW GATA PROCEED
We specialize in recruitment through social networks, personal contacts, newspapers, advertising, etc. We regularly use the job search tools available by all possible means such as social networks, personal contacts, newspapers, etc. We assist companies, organizations to find the qualified candidates they are looking for a specific job opportunity. We pre-select with care and quality the potential employees who respond to the available positions. Skills are verified through interviews and possibly aptitude tests.
